Intellectual Property: All the content of the website, excluding user submissions are property of strendy.com, any unauthorized usage of such items are subject to copyright laws under India and international conventions.

User Submissions: strendy.com is not responsible for any user submitted content (text, images, graphics, videos and other media), because its impossible for us to monitor the interactive nature of the community. You take any risk regarding the use of such contents. All user submitted contents posted on the website are responsibility of the person using the user submission. You are sole responsible for your submissions and the consecuences of publishing the item. You retain the rights to your contents. However, by submitting your content to strendy.com you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable right to use, reproduce, distribute and promote the media and use it for our services. This right though terminates as soon as you inform us to delete the content from our website.

Termination: strendy.com holds the right to delete your account and restrict the use of strendy.com services and can remove your content under following circumstances but not limited to:

4. Extended period of non-usage.

5. Fraudulent or illegal activities.

Ordering Policy: All orders placed with us comes under following terms and conditions:

1. Pricing: All prices mentioned are in Indian Rupees, which includes shipping charges, except some sections where shipping charges are mentioned.

2. Print quality: We ensure highest quality using the latest technology, however it depends on the quality of the digital file provided by you.

3. Delivery/Shipping: We dispatch items within 48 hours of placing the order excluding weekly and national holidays. We have bluedart as our logistics partner which takes 2-3 days to deliver the items depending upon your location.

Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with our product and service, do contact us within 3 calender days and we will do the needful.

Payment terms: We use reliable third party vendors for payment processing which are totally secured. We do not store any credit card information.
